the location was incredibly convenient, as it was handy to Surfers Paradise and all the attractions that the Gold Coast has to offer. We loved that it was just a short walk through the neighboring park to reach all the exciting destinations. the apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. the balcony had a stunning view of the canal, especially at night. We also appreciated the secure building and the friendly, accommodating service we received.
the issue was handled unprofessionally and with rudeness from the staff.

The staff members who listened to our concern about the state of our room and provided us with a new room which was much more acceptable. Greatly appreciated.

The pool worked for us and room 32 was good.
Turned up and coudn't get in. Hotel management on holiday. Resident eventually helped us get in. Our two room booking got changed to two single rooms. Not good with two little ones and one of those rooms (33) being sub-hostel std; rotting blinds, no aircon, double bed at two different levels, tiny tv with no remote, etc etc. Bucket and mop sitting in middle of foyer on leaving summed it up.

Great Views and Convenient Location I recently had an excellent stay at a riverfront apartment. the first thing that amazed me was the stunning views from the balcony, some of the best I have ever seen. the location was perfect for me, with plenty of attractions nearby, such as restaurants and shops. the apartment was equipped with all necessary facilities that made my stay pretty comfortable. the bed was cozy; the kitchen was well-furnished with all essential appliances, and the bathroom was clean and modern.
Limited Entertainment Options Unfortunately, one downside of the apartment was that it lacked a bit of entertainment. There were no multiple television channels, and no indoor games offered at all.

Nice apartment with good views of the canals. Centrally located to Cavill Avenue. Having secure car park was great as well.
Pool was not accessible for whole duration of the stay!

The view from our balcony and the closeness to the shops.
Lack of instructions regarding how the security system operated.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the supermarket and Surfers Paradise. The view from the balcony and kitchen was absolutely awesome, overlooking the river. the manager, Dee, was incredibly hospitable, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay.
That the single bed in our room was too soft, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep. there were a few issues with the room, such as a banging noise outside and the main fan in the lounge room randomly turning on during the night.

The panoramic view and its location near Surfers Paradise
Wished they changed the room furniture to a newer one. The stove and cooker hood needed changing badly.

great location. Within walking distance of many places. beautiful view over river.
Bit confused on what to do on arrival as could not get to reception as it is only open from 9-12. Tried phone but got answer phone. Some friendly guests helped us.

I recently stayed at a riverside hotel that offered great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the fantastic view from the rooms. The hotel paid attention to detail and provided basic amenities as advertised on their website. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location, right on the river bank, was perfect for enjoying the city lights at night.
No improvements needed, everything was okay.
